Special Potatoes

Ingredients:

1.      3 lbs potatoes

2.      2 grated onions

3.      Salt

4.      1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated

5.      1 pt half & half

6.      Butter

 

Instructions:

1.      Butter casserole.

2.      Boil potatoes with skins for 15 min.

3.      Cool & peel.

4.      Grate potatoes.

5.      Add onions, cheese & salt to grated potatoes in the casserole.

6.      Pour half & half over the top.

7.      Dot the top with butter.

8.      Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 ½ hrs.
